Are you a man ready to make changes in your life but not ready for Individual Life Coaching? Group Life Coaching offers a lower-cost option of structured, high-powered sessions. My program consists of six weekly sessions to help you attack your goals, combat distractions, and eliminate destructive beliefs.

Group Coaching Sessions

When you attend a Group Session, you do so with a purpose. Each session focuses on a specific topic or problem and builds toward a finished product: long-term change in your life.

Session 1: Introductions / Combating Negative Beliefs

The first session will begin with introductions and focus on combating negative beliefs. What we believe shapes how we see the world and our actions. This session will discuss how negative beliefs cause us to become stuck, distracted, and unfulfilled in life and how to begin to change them. 

Session 2: Creating Realistic Goals

The second session will focus on creating realistic, achievable goals. While simple on paper, most people create goals they cannot achieve. Each group member will be expected to pick at least one problem area in their life and create realistic goals to improve that area.

Session 3: Building An Action Plan

Goals by themselves are useless without actions to complete them. In the third session, group members will work to create an action plan around the Goals they created in Session Two to begin solving these problems. 

Session 4: Time Management

The fourth session focuses on Time Management and how to begin building healthy routines. Each group member will create a Time Chart that shows them just how much time they have to complete their goals and how much time they have wasted in the past. 

Session 5: Fighting Distractions

Video games, social media, and doom-scrolling all consume our time and distract us from our goals. The fifth session will focus on common distractions, and each group member will come to terms with the distractions in their lives.

Session 6: Putting It All Together

The final session will bring everything together, as group members will have built a basic foundation for solving their problems. Each group member will build a 6-month and 12-month plan for what they want to accomplish in the future.
